Tricia Schwaba is a retired Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher. She focuses on how so much of our everyday pain and strain comes from lack of awareness of when we are slumping, favoring one side or just not functioning with intention and awareness. She continually reflects on holistic healing and simple self-care practices that can dramatically enhance everyday life, bringing movement where there was stagnancy, calm where there was chaos and promoting pure & simple love of self.
